You can merge or combine PDF files as needed via the e-file system prior to filing.
- NOTE: This feature may not be available for your state or court location!
Before you can use this feature, you must enable it in your user Profile.
Click the blue circle icon at the top right with your initials, then click the "Profile" button in the dropdown menu.
On the User Profile page, click the "Preferences" tab on the left. Once you are on the Preferences page, click the "Document Merge" toggle switch to activate it, then click the blue "Save" button to lock in your changes.
You may now use the Document Merge feature.
When uploading files in the Filings tab, select the Browse and Merge option after selecting your Filing Code and other required options.
Type in a name for the document that will be generated once all uploaded files are merged.
Click the "Upload Files" button to upload your documents.
Once your filings are uploaded, you can choose to add separator pages using the "Add Separator Pages" toggle switch if you prefer.
You can also use the arrow buttons to the left of each file to change what order the files are merged in...
...or you can use the "Delete" (Trash) icon to get rid of files you did not mean to upload.
Afterward, click the "Merge" button to continue.
After clicking the "Merge" button, you will see a "Merging Files" loading bar while the system is merging your documents.
You may then select a Security option for the document like any regular document. You can upload more using either the regular "Select File" option or the "Browse and Merge" option again, or you can click the blue Save button at the bottom right of the screen and move on to the Service or Fees tab.
If you need to merge or combine PDFs and you cannot do so via the e-file system, we currently do not offer this feature on our website. However, you can use one of the third-party websites listed below to combine your documents into a single PDF.
