The efile website primarily accepts PDF documents for court submissions. In most courts, you can only file your documents as PDF files, whether they are created in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat.

The Texas Court of Appeals, Criminal Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court are able to upload audio/video files. Filers will see additional accepted file types listed when selecting a Filing Code that allows for an Audio/Video file upload.
