While you can efile 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, documents are only reviewed during court hours. Some courts allow filings until 11:59 PM, while others consider anything filed outside of court business hours to be filed and stamped as the next business day.
Only the particular court you are filing into can advise you if they have a cut-off or deadline time.
