Never received an email notification? It is possible that you need to mark the eFile email as being from a safe sender or "safelisting" an email.
Sometimes when emails are sent, they get stopped at the receiving e-mail server because the e-mail may not be recognized or thought to be possible spam or junk. In order to prevent e-mails from being stopped from delivery, marking an email sender as a "safe sender" by placing their email address on your email service's Contacts list may be necessary.
Marking email as being from a "safe sender" by adding that email address to your email service's Contacts list tells the email server that an email address is safe for delivery. You will need to add the email address in regards to your state below.
