Just before submitting a filing, the total fees displayed on either the Fees tab or the Summary page do not include the Additional Services & Fees that a filer might have selected during the filing process (like jury or physical serevice fees).
This is caused when the Additional Services selected have not been properly saved prior to calculating fees.
To resolve the prolem, navigate back to the Filings tab and click the Edit (pencil) icon to edit your filing.
Click on the Additional Services & Fees tab.
Deselect all selected additional services and set their quantities to "0". Click the Save button.
Re-select the additional services one at a time and enter a positive integer (like "1" or more) for the Quantity for each service. Click the Save button after each selection.
Save the filing information, return to the Fees tab, then click the Calculate Fees button.
