User may encounter this when attempting to access their Filing History from Main Menu icon or from Dashboard.

This error is due to the user's account being locked out while they're still signed into the account. It's possible the user (or someone in their firm) may have attempted to sign in on another browser or window and inputted the password incorrectly multiple times.
To resolve this issue, confirm the email address that the user is signed in with on the website. Confirm user is locked out in Universal Search (Although not required, at this point you may reset the password from their OFS Profile to unlock the account). Have the user sign out of their account and reset their password on their end (this unlocks the user's account and send them the password reset link to complete).

Once their password reset is complete, they will be able to sign in and access their Filing History without this issue.
